You can define a companion's name, appearance, avatar, personality traits, relationship style, romance level, backstory and voice. The six-axis Personality Graph covers Passion, Wit, Warmth, Boldness, Loyalty and Charm. Visual tools support face and body references, while word biases can ban or boost selected words for one character. These controls provide a starting structure; the character continues to develop through chat and memory.

Nastia operates as a closed private service without public profiles, public feeds or public galleries. The Privacy Policy explains that information can be processed to create and authenticate accounts, deliver the service, answer support requests, prevent fraud, maintain security, request feedback and meet legal obligations. It also describes regional rights to access, correct, restrict or delete personal information. Data may be retained where law, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or backup handling requires it, so read the full policy rather than relying on a one-line promise.

Open your profile, choose Membership, select Manage on the active plan, open the Danger Zone and confirm cancellation. Cancelling stops future renewal charges, but paid benefits remain available until the end of the current billing period. You can renew later from the membership page. If account access is lost, the official cancellation guide provides an email process that asks for account and payment details to verify ownership.

Account deletion is immediate, permanent and cannot be undone. It removes created companions, conversations, chat history, generated images and videos, settings, profile information, remaining tokens or credits, and membership access. An active subscription must be cancelled first. The confirmation flow asks you to type a deletion phrase and enter your password. Save important conversations, images and videos before taking action; chat history can be downloaded per conversation, but there is currently no one-click export for everything.

Yes. Deleting a companion removes that character's profile, personality, appearance, conversations, memories, notes, images and videos. Other companions, the account and the membership are not affected. The action is permanent. If you only want a new direction, edit the companion's personality, look or relationship instead of deleting it.
